Morning:

• 8:00 AM – Departure from Marrakech
• Begin your journey with a scenic drive from Marrakech towards the Ourika Valley. The drive takes around 1 hour, passing through beautiful landscapes of the Atlas Mountains and traditional Berber villages.
• 9:00 AM – Arrive at Setti Fatma
• Upon arrival, stop at Setti Fatma, a charming village known for its waterfalls. You can take a guided trek to explore the waterfalls (a series of 7 falls) if you enjoy hiking. The hike to the first waterfall takes about 45 minutes.
• 10:30 AM – Visit a Berber House
• After the hike, visit a local Berber home for a traditional mint tea experience. The visit will give you insight into the Berber culture, and you’ll get to see how they live and work in the region.

Midday:

• 12:00 PM – Visit a Women’s Argan Oil Cooperative
• On your way back down, visit a women’s cooperative to learn about the production of Argan oil. You can see the process of extracting and making this prized oil, and purchase some locally produced products if you’d like.
• 1:00 PM – Lunch at a Riverside Restaurant
• Have lunch at one of the riverside restaurants in Setti Fatma. Many of these restaurants offer traditional Moroccan dishes, like tagine, couscous, or grilled meats, with the sound of the river in the background.

Afternoon:

• 3:00 PM – Explore the Souks and Local Markets
• Take some time to explore the local souks (markets) in the area. Here you can buy handmade Berber crafts, pottery, carpets, and other artisanal goods.
• 4:00 PM – Return to Marrakech
• Begin your drive back to Marrakech, taking in the breathtaking mountain views along the way.

5:00 PM – Arrive in Marrakech

• Your day trip ends with a return to your accommodation in Marrakech.
